“ Went here for the first time today and wow 10/10 experience. Friendly vibes, cozy atmosphere, and DELICIOUS food - and the gluten free biscuit is AMAZING. Honestly couldn’t tell it was GF and it was so nice to have such a good BEC. Cold brew was so smooth and delicious too. As we sat there to enjoy our BECs we saw a dozen or so people walk in and each time they were greeted and welcomed in (and almost always by name). Such a great Saturday morning experience! Will definitely be back again. ”
“ Alejandro and his staff are truly one of a kind. Focusing on old school hospitality and service, this cafe is a breath of fresh air as someone in the industry and an avid NYC coffee lover. They are the only US shop using the Decent espresso machine and man does it preform with Alejandro and friends at the helm. Regalia coffee is served and is exceptional as always. The food is incredible as well. I had one of the better BEC’s of my life here on a sausage and cheese biscuit... expectedly I was out of commission the rest of the day... Overall and 10/10 experience and I will be coming back... often. ”

“ The BEC with jam in an English muffin was something else. Somehow this small cafe is able to crank out a great sandwich, sloppy but great. I think it’s best eaten in a setting where you can wash up after but non the less still great! ”
“ I love, love, love Alita Cafe! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming and it has a very community-oriented, neighborhood cafe kind of vibe. For the gluten free people: they have a really, really good gluten free biscuit and a gluten free brownie bite (I didn’t try that one, but it looked great!). You can have their sandwiches on the biscuit (or have it with some of their jam!), so gf folks aren’t left out :) ”

“ Super community-engaged cafe around the area. Pretty tiny but you got technically everything, sandwiches, pastries, coffee. Food and drinks were 4ish overall, 5 as the total for the whole place! Cappuccino was a classic, on a bitter side. Almond croissant was delightful, slightly different from normal bakeries. Soft texture with a nice smell. Banana bread was surprisingly delicious! Moist but not too oily! Super simple but perfectly. Chocolate chip cookie was a classic too, nothing went wrong. Would go back to try sandwiches..! ”
“ This little cafe has it lox down! From their fresh baked focaccia topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese to their warm cappuccino. Barista was quick and friendly. I even had to take a matcha to go. Not too sweet and you can taste the matcha. Will be back next time I’m in the city. ”
